Euan Uglow As I start a new series of figurative paintings, one of my rituals to get new ideas is to look at painters that inspire me. One of the first that I seek inspiration from is Euan Uglow for compositional and color ideas. His ability to combine the human figure with geometry makes even the most simple of compositions a complex masterpiece. Here's a great article on Mr. Uglow written by Neil Plotkin.
